All Four Music School Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) is to define the rights and obligations of All Four Music School (hereinafter referred to as "the School") and its students (hereinafter referred to as "the Student") in connection with the sale of music lessons in Paris.

2. Registration 2.1. Registrations are made using the registration form available on our website or directly at the school. 2.2. Registration is validated on receipt of the completed registration form and payment of the registration fee. 2.3. Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation of the course by the School.

3. Fees and payment 3.1. Course fees are indicated on the School's website and are subject to annual changes. 3.2. Payment for courses can be made on a quarterly or annual basis. Payment schedules are available on request. 3.3. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. 3.4. In the event of late payment, penalties may be applied at the current rate.

4. Cancellation and Refund 4.1. All cancellations must be made in writing. 4.2 In the event of cancellation before the start of the course, a partial refund of the course fee may be made, with the registration fee remaining the property of the School. 4.3. No refunds will be made once a term or year has begun, except for medical reasons for which justification must be provided. 4.4. The School reserves the right to cancel a course in the event of force majeure or insufficient numbers. In such cases, course fees will be refunded on a pro rata temporis basis.

5. Timetables and absences 5.1. Class timetables are fixed at the beginning of the year and are communicated to students. 5.2. In the event of a student's absence, the School must be informed as soon as possible. Classes missed by the student will not be postponed or reimbursed. 5.3. In the event of a teacher's absence, the School undertakes to offer a replacement lesson or refund.

6. Equipment and Responsibility 6.1. Students must bring their own instruments (except for those available at the School). 6.2. The School is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged on School premises. 6.3. Students are required to respect the equipment provided by the School. Any deliberate damage will be billed to the student.

7. School rules 7.1. Students agree to abide by the School's internal rules, available at reception and on the website. 7.2. The School reserves the right to exclude any student whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

8. Personal Data 8.1. Personal data collected during registration is used solely for administrative and educational purposes. 8.2. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, students have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them.

9. Disputes 9.1. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. 9.2. Failing amicable settlement, the dispute will be referred to the competent Paris courts.

10. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale 10.1. Registration with the School implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. 10.2. The Student acknowledges that he/she has read and fully accepts these terms and conditions.
