All Four Music School's Terms and Conditions

1. What these terms are about These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) are here to lay out the rights and responsibilities for both All Four Music School (which we'll just call "the School") and our students (who we'll call "the Student") when you sign up for music lessons in Paris.

2. How to sign up 2.1. You can sign up using the form on our website or just pop into the School. 2.2. Your spot is confirmed once we get your filled-out form and the registration fee. 2.3. Heads up: registration fees aren't refundable, unless we (the School) have to cancel a class.

3. Prices and how to pay 3.1. You'll find all our course prices on the School's website, and just so you know, they might get updated each year. 3.2. You can pay for your lessons every three months or for the whole year. If you need a payment plan, just ask! 3.3. We accept payments by check, bank transfer, or credit card. 3.4. If payments are late, we might have to add a small fee, based on the usual rates.

4. Cancelling and getting your money back 4.1. If you need to cancel your spot, please tell us in writing. 4.2. If you cancel before classes kick off, you might get some of your course fees back, but the registration fee is non-refundable. 4.3. Once a term or the year has started, we generally can't offer refunds, unless you have a medical reason with a doctor's note. 4.4. The School can cancel a class if something unexpected happens or if not enough people sign up. If that happens, we'll give you a refund for the part of the course you haven't taken yet.

5. Class times and missing lessons 5.1. We'll set the class schedules at the start of the year and let all students know. 5.2. If you (the student) can't make it to a class, please tell the School as soon as you can. Just a heads-up: we can't reschedule or refund classes you miss. 5.3. If your teacher can't make it, don't worry! The School will arrange a make-up class or give you a refund.

6. Gear and looking after things 6.1. Please bring your own instrument to class (unless it's one of the instruments we have available at the School). 6.2. Just a friendly reminder: the School can't be held responsible for anything you lose, that gets stolen, or damaged while you're here. 6.3. We ask all students to take good care of the equipment we provide. If anything is intentionally damaged, we'll have to charge the student for it.

7. Our School Rules 7.1. When you join, you agree to follow the School's rules, which you can find at the front desk and on our website. 7.2. Just so you know, the School has the right to ask any student to leave if their behavior isn't appropriate.

8. Your Personal Info 8.1. We only use the personal information we collect when you sign up for administrative stuff and for your lessons. 8.2. Good news! Following the "Informatique et Libertés" law, you have the right to see, correct, or even ask us to delete your personal data.

9. What if there's a problem? 9.1. If we ever have a disagreement, we both promise to try and work things out nicely first. 9.2. If we can't find a friendly solution, then the issue will be taken to the appropriate courts in Paris.

10. Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions 10.1. When you sign up for the School, it means you fully agree to all these terms and conditions. 10.2. By signing up, you're confirming that you've read and totally accept these T&Cs.
